1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older and legally permitted to trade financial instruments in Canada.By opening a Propicks AI account, you confirm compliance with Canadian and international financial laws.

2. Services Provided

The Propicks AI platform provides AI-powered trading tools that cover cryptocurrency, Forex, CFD, and stock markets.

  • Brokerage services are delivered through licensed global partners.

  • AI algorithms generate market forecasts and assist users in risk-controlled investments.

  • While many users experience returns exceeding 200%, trading involves inherent market risk, and results are not guaranteed.

3. User Responsibilities

As a Propicks AI user, you agree to:

  • Provide complete and accurate personal and financial details.

  • Keep your Propicks AI login credentials private.

  • Use the Propicks AI official website lawfully and refrain from any fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activities.

  • Comply with all KYC/AML verification requirements.

Failure to comply may result in account suspension or termination.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals
